GCommerce was created in March 2002 by long time hotel and marketing professionals. They were frustrated that their hotels were not capitalizing on the emerging digital marketing channel. The vision — to create a company that de-mystified technology and focused the conversation on how to win in the marketplace. We believed, and have now proven, that concepts and approaches such as market segmentation, ROI tracking, merchandising and direct response marketing could translate to the internet. In fact, doing so ensures more predictable results. GCommerce began as a boutique agency, and has strived to be just that ever since.
